Former telecom minister A Raja on Wednesday moved an application in the Patiala House Court seeking permission to appear in the Supreme Court on Monday.
Raja, who is currently in the Tihar Jail in connection with the 2G spectrum allocation scam, pleaded that he be allowed to argue in person before an apex court bench.
Raja wants to argue on the question of the Supreme Court-monitored probe into the scam.
Raja moved a plea in the Patiala House Court seeking permission to appear in SC on Monday.
The fresh plea by the DMK leader will be heard on Friday.
