Within hours of a Madhya Pradesh district court ordering registration of a case against Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his Bharatiya Janata Party colleague Sushma Swaraj, a sessions court stayed the order to book the two in a case related to allegedly showing disrespect towards the national flag in 2010.

The Nasrullaganj court in Sehore district while ordering the registration of case against the two BJP leaders also issued warrants against them on a complaint filed by Congress member Dwarika Prasad Jaat.

Jaat alleged that on March 31, 2010, at a ceremony to felicitate Sushma Swaraj on becoming an MP from Vidisha parliamentary constituency, a girl child, dressed as ‘Bharat Mata’, carried the national flag in an upside down position.

Later in the evening, the Sehor district and session court imposed a stay on the Nasrullaganj court’s order and fixed Dec 1 as the next date of hearing.

ehore is over 30 km from state capital and is part of the Vidisha parliamentary constituency.

  1. Court also is covered under Constitution of India. It requires to exhibit the case no., names of the advocate argued for and against opponent, charges paid by the people engaged him, arguments, the properties and cash, jewelery in their (advocate and Judges) such information exhibited in the concerned court website would give strong opinion about the honest of judiciary among the citizen of India. Other=wise it would be presumed that every thing is being done under carpet even in the judiciary also.
