The Madras High Court today directed authorities to reply within 10 days on a PIL seeking CBI probe into the recent collapse of a under construction multi- storeyed building here in which 61 people died.
The First Bench, comprising Acting Chief Justice Satish K Agnihotri and Justice M M Sundresh, before which a petition filed by K R Ramaswamy came up for hearing directed authorities concerned and posted the matter for further hearing on July 23.
