A trade mark should always be easy to speak, spell and remember. The proprietor should avoid using common words and also those words which provide hints regarding the character, quality and quantity of the goods or services for which it is supposed to be used.
It is always advisable to conduct a market survey and trade mark search with the Registry before using a trade mark to avoid existing trademarks or any similarity thereof.
