1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Constitution (Scheduled
\nCastes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2002.
\n2.Amendment of the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950.<\/p>\n

2. Amendment of the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950.-The
\nSchedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 is hereby amended in the manner and to the extent specified hereunder, namely:-<\/p>\n

(a) in PART XIII.-Orissa,-<\/p>\n

(i) omit entry 22;<\/p>\n

(ii) omit entry 90;<\/p>\n

(iii) after entry 93, insert-<\/p>\n

“94. Mangali (in Koraput and Kalahandi districts)<\/p>\n

95. Mirgan (in Navrangpur district).”;<\/p>\n

(b) in PART XIV.-Punjab,-<\/p>\n

(i) for entry 9, substitute-<\/p>\n

“9. Chamar, Jatia Chamar, Rehgar, Raigar, Ramdasi, Ravidasi, Ramdasia, Ramdasia Sikh, Ravidasia, Ravidasia Sikh.”;<\/p>\n

(ii) after entry 37, insert-<\/p>\n

“38. Mochi.”;<\/p>\n

(c) in PART XIX.-West Bengal,-<\/p>\n

(i) for entry 22, substitute-<\/p>\n

“22. Hari, Mehtar, Mehtor, Bhangi, Balmiki.”;<\/p>\n

(ii) after entry 59, insert-<\/p>\n
