An act further to amend the Army and Air Force (Disposal of Private
\nProperty) Act, 1950.<\/p>\n
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of
\nIndia as follows:-<\/p>\n
1.Short title.<\/p>\n
1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Army and Air Force
\n(Disposal of Private Property) Amendment Act, 2000.<\/p>\n
2.Amendment of section 7.2. Amendment of section 7.-In section 7 of the Army and Air Force
\n(Disposal of Private Property) Act, 1950 (40 of 1950) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in sub-sections (1) and (3), for the words and figures “the Administrator Generals Ac , 1913 (3 of
\n1913)”, the words and figures “the Administrators-General Act, 1963.(45 of 1963)” shall be substituted.<\/p>\n
3.Amendment of section 10.3. Amendment of section 10.-In section 10 of the principal Act, for the words “ten thousand”, the words “two lakhs” shall be substituted.<\/p>\n
4.Amendment of section 14.4. Amendment of section 14.-In section 14 of the principal Act, for the words and figures “the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912 (4 of 1912)”, the words and figures the Mental Health Act, 1987 (14 of 1987)” shall be substituted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
