1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Representation of the
\nPeople (Second Amendment) Act, 2002.2.Amendment of Fourth Schedule to Act 43 of 1950.<\/p>\n
2. Amendment of Fourth Schedule to Act 43 of 1950.-In the Fourth
\nSchedule to the Representation of the People Act, 1950, for the heading “BIHAR” and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-<\/p>\n
“BIHAR<\/p>\n
1. Nagar Parishads.<\/p>\n
2. Cantonment Boards.<\/p>\n
3. Nagar Panchayats.<\/p>\n
4. Zila Parishads.<\/p>\n
5. Panchayat Samitis.<\/p>\n
6. Nagar Nigams (Corporations).<\/p>\n
