The probe was conducted by Sub-divisional Magistrate (South) Kavle V. Parashuram. He submitted his report to Chandigarh’s Home-cum-Health Secretary Ram Niwas Monday evening.

In his report, Parashuram recommended that criminal proceedings should be initiated against the three accused and they should be punished under various legal provisions.

Suman, a resident of a slum rehabilitation colony here, was nine months pregnant when admitted to the government hospital in Sector 16 Dec 17, 2010.
