Kerala Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board

I had purchased an apartment (2000 sq ft) in Trivandrum. Builder is asking me to give payment for Construction workers welfare fund. Is it mandatory for the flat owner to give? If so, how much? what is the basis? Please advise

Kindly let me know whether my old address is changed or not. While contact to Akshaya Kendra I came to know that it is not yet changed in records inspite of my several request and submission of evidence in Alappuzha Office. My PPO No. Alp 10259.Pl look into the matter and do the needful to change the old from records to avoid future inconvenience
