respective counsel, the matter is referred for

Mediation to the Patna High Court Mediation

Committee. The mediators are requested to make it

convenient that a report be made available preferably

before the next date.

Let the couple in question first appear

before the Patna High Court Mediation Committee

for the purpose on 26.9.2011 where after the

Committee shall proceed to deal with matters

appropriately.

It is expected that the couple shall

adequately co-operate by appearing before the

mediators as appearance of the representatives or

family members of the couple may not be sufficient.
