The matter relates to office of Pradhan. Due to
lapse of time (15 years) it appears to have
become infructuous. However, learned counsel
for the petitioner is not sure about it.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous with liberty to file an application
for recall of this order within two months, in
case the matter still survives. If such an
application is filed, it need not be accompanied
by any affidavit.
