05. 06.12.2010 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the State.

Allegation and counter-allegation are there

on the point of accompanying of the wife with this

petitioner. Husband flatly refused in this court to live

with his wife and now it is submitted that she never

came with this petitioner while he went to her Maika

to bring her back is refused also that she was not

being accepted rather deserted and to justify the

desertion; divorce case is lodged. There is clear

allegation in the complaint petition about torture for

non-fulfilment of demand. Pleas taken against the wife

appears not acceptable.

Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for

anticipatory bail stands rejected.
