Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
standing counsel.

The petitioner was earlier transferred on his own request
from Basti to Siddharth Nagar. The petitioner has been
again transferred from Siddharth Nagar to Basti. There is
hardly any distance between the two places and there is
nothing to indicate that any condition prejudicial to the rights
of the petitioner exist nor any violation of any statutory rule
has been pointed out so as to warrant interference.

The writ petition has no force and is consigned to records.
