It is stated that in respect of grievance of the petitioner, he has already made a
representation on 9.3.2010 before District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh
contained in Annexure no. 11 of the writ petition. In case, such representation
is pending before District Inspector of Schools, Azamgarh, he is directed to
decide the same by passing a reasoned speaking order within a period of six
weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of
finally.
