Regard being had to the recovery of a pistol with

three cartridges, the Court is not inclined to direct the release of

the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is dismissed.

However, if the trial is not concluded in one year

from the first date of remand of the petitioner in the case, the

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, shall release the petitioner on

bail on furnishing a bond to his own satisfaction in Patna

Kotwali P.S.Case No. 247 of 2010.
