Anticipatory bail application filed by petitioners, Dewanti Devi @ Rajo
Devi, Amar Ram and Mittal Ram is moved by Sri H.K. Shikarwar, counsel for the
petitioners and opposed by Mrs. Sadhna Kumar, Additional P.P.
First Information Report reveals that petitioners implicated in this case
merely on suspicion.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance, I allow this
anticipatory bail application and I direct the petitioners, above named, to surrender
in the court below by 30th March 2011. If petitioners surrender by that time, learned
court below is directed to enlarge them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag in connection with
Ramgarh P.S. Case No.106 of 2010 corresponding to G.R. No.1363 of 2010,
subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
