Heard Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri
Rakesh Kumar for opposite party No.s 1, 2 and 3, who prays for and is
granted four weeks for filing counter affidavit.

Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.

Issue notice to opposite party No.4 returnable at an early date.

Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava has stated that there is urgency in the matter
because promotions are going on. Sri Rakesh Kumar at this juncture has
stated at Bar that from the post of Law Assistant there is no promotional
channel to any other further post.

Accordingly, there is no need for passing any order just now.
