This contempt application has been filed with the allegation that the order
dated 06.03.2010 cancelling the appointment of the petitioner as Principal of
Institution by the District Inspector of Schools has been quashed by this
Court vide order dated 21.05.2010 in Special Appeal No. 434 of 2010 still he
is not allowed to join the post.

Let notice be issued to the opposite parties no. 2 and 3 to appear in person
before this Court on 16.07.2010 to show cause why proceeding for contempt
be not initiated against him for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the
order dated 21.05.2010 passed in Special Appeal No. 434 of 2010.
