Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the supplementary
affidavit filed today bringing on record the bail orders.
Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced and the facts that
the applicant has been bailed out in all the cases and further he is
behind bars since 13.9.2008, let the applicant Haseen involved in Case
Crime No. 231 of 2008 under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters Act, Police
Station Collectorganj, District Kanpur Nagar, be enlarged on bail on his
executing a personal bond and furnishing two heavy sureties, each in
the like amount, subject to the condition that he shall continue report to
the court concerned in the first week of every two months during the
pendency of the trial without fail.
