Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A and perused the
record.
As per information the applicant has already been released on bail, hence he
did not want to press the bail application, since the same has become
infructuous
Accordingly, the same is rejected.
Since the bail application is pending, hence how the applicant has been
released on bail. If this fact is correct that the applicant has been released on
bail then it appears that during pendency of this bail application and her
application was filed before the High Court or Court below by concealment of
fact.
Let a matter be verified by the District Judge, through any competent officer
and with submit his report within a month.
