2/ 12.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under sections 363, 364-A, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal

Code.

Considering that the petitioner is named in the

confessional statement of the co-accused showing his complicity in

the present case instituted for kidnapping for the purpose of ransom,

I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view of

the serious nature of the offence.
