Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the BSA.

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated
18/19.2.2010. The said order was passed by the Basic Shiksha Adhikari
considering the fact that the petitioner was lodged in jail for a period of three
days and that is why payment of salary to the petitioner was put under the
orders of the Court. No final decision has been taken up till now. In this view
of the matter, no ground for interference is made out.

Petition is devoid of merit. It is accordingly dismissed.
