When this matter is taken up today the learned

Government Pleader submitted that the directions in

order dated 10.03.2008 in I.A No.3268/2010 in WP(C) No.

8900/06 have been complied as per an order on

25.06.2010. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

has also endorsed the same. In the above circumstance,

recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt of

Court Case is closed.
