This is an application seeking correction in the order dated 25.1.2010 passed
on the bail application.

The application is allowed and the order dated 25.1.2010 is corrected as
follows:

“In the first line of the last paragraph of the order dated 25.1.2010, ‘Case
Crime No. 44 of 2009’ shall be read as ‘Case Crime No. 44 of 2001”
