The petitioner is aggrieved by the appellate order and the order passed
by the punishing authority which are dated 10.12.2009 and 1.9.2009
respectively. The petitioner may approach the next higher authority i.e.
the Director General of Police by filing a writ petition against the said
order.

In view of the availability of such alternative remedy, the writ petition is
dismissed.

In case the revision is preferred within 15 days from today, the same
shall be entertained and disposed of within 3 months thereafter.
