2. 12.09.2011 Issue notice to the respondents in admission

matter. The petitioner shall take steps for notice in

admission matter on respondent No.1 only as

respondent No.2 was the plaintiff in the court below.

The petitioner shall file requisites for issuance of notice

in admission matter in ordinary process as well as

registered post both within ten days. Peremptory.

In the meantime, further proceeding in Title

Suit No. 5 of 2007/ 207 of 2009 pending in the court of

Sub Judge-3rd Aurangabad shall remain stayed.
