Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The submission advanced is that at no point of time petitioner was given any
notice under Rule 8 of the Rules framed under The U.P. Imposition of Ceiling
on Land Holdings Act, 1960, even though the petitioner was recorded tenure
holder of the land in dispute pursuant to a registered sale deed dated 30th
January, 1971.

Admit.

Issue notice.

In case petitioner has not already been dispossessed he shall not be
dispossessed till further orders of this Court from the land purchased under
the sale deed of 30th January, 1971.
