Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings of case
no. 228 of 2008 under Section 147, 323, 504, 506 and 452 I.P.C. pending in
the Court of learned Additional Civil Judge 7th/ J.M. Jaunpur.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the allegations are
made against the applicants are false and frivolous which are made only for
the harassment of the applicant even then they are summoned to face the trial.
The applicants are challenging the order by way of filing the same which has
been dismissed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, vide order
dated 21.10.2009.
It is further directed that in case the applicant move an application under
section 245(2) Cr.P.C. the same shall be heard and disposed of by a
reasoned order. Till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the
applicants.
