Present application is for correction in the order dated 18.1.2010. It is stated
that after mentioning sections 504 and 506 IPC sections 323, 504, 506 IPC
have been mentioned which are to be deleted.

In view of the above, it is therefore ordered that sections 323, 504, 506 IPC
mentioned after sections 504 and 506 IPC in last paragraph of the order dated
18.1.2010 shall stand deleted. Requisite correction has been incorporated in
the order.

Ofice is directed to incorporate correction in the certified copy or to issue
fresh certified copy as the case may be.
