                           J U D G M E N T

Petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P2 demand made by the

Special Officer, Revenue. It is seen that the petitioner has made

Ext.P3 request before the second respondent regarding the

waiver of energy charges. There will be a direction to the second

respondent/competent authority to look into Ext.P3 and take

appropriate action in accordance with law with notice to the

petitioner within a period of four months from the date of

production of a copy of the judgment. The interim order passed

by this court on 2.12.2004 will continue till such time.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
