ORDER
Background
1. RTI Application was filed by the Applicant on 31.3.11 with the PIO DRM Office, West Central Railway,
Kota. In his Application he stated that on 31.8.08 he had requested for the balance amount in
respect of his TA bills which has not been paid to him although he had submitted his bills twice. He
wanted to know the status of the case. The PIO replied on 4.6.11 providing the details including the
copies of documents against which the payment has been made. Not satisfied with this information
the Applicant filed his first appeal on 26.4.11 seeking the details of the cheque against which the
payment has been made. The Appellate Authority in his order dated 6.5.11 provided the required
information. Still not satisfied, the Appellant filed his second appeal before the Commission.
Decision.
2. During the hearing the Respondent informed the Commission that all the details about payment
including cheque number and copies of related documents have been furnished to the Appellant. He
also produced before the Commission the payment scroll indicating that the said amount has also
been credited to the Appellant’s account.
3. The Commission, having noted that adequate information has already been furnished to the
Appellant, nevertheless directs the PIO to provide a copy of the pay scroll also to the Appellant by
16 October, 2011.
4. The appeal is disposed off with the above direction.

Appellant Authority, (4) copy of the Commission’s decision, and (5) any other documents which he/she
considers to be necessary for deciding the complaint. In the prayer, the Appellant/Complainant may
indicate, what information has not been provided.
