Appellants have been convicted for offence under

Sections 302/34 & 337/34 of the IPC.

Considering the evidence being general and

omnibus against all the accused, prayer for bail on behalf of

appellants Munna Mahto and Binod Kumar @ Hero Honda

is allowed. During the pendency of this appeal, he is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge

VI, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No. 825 of

2002.
