Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the
respondents.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking remedy to this
Court that the injunction filed in a suit before the Court below, be decided by
the concerned Court within three months.

This Writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Court below to
decide the injunction application within three months from the date of
production of a certified copy of this order before him.
