has already been dismissed.

The petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a claim
petition before the U.P. Public Services Tribunal. In case
such a claim petition is preferred within 15 days, the same
shall be disposed of within 6 months thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
