2 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a
case registered for the offences punishable under Sections
420, 406, 467, 468, 341, 323, 504, 379, 120B/34 of the
Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant earlier purchased a land
from the husband of the petitioner namely Nand Kishore
and thereafter co-accused approached the informant for
selling of another land for which Rs. 3,000,00/- was paid
to Nand Kishore, but thereafter neither the sale deed was
executed nor even after demand the money was returned
to the informant. When informant went for asking
money then co-accused Nand Kishore Singh

and this petitioner abused and drove the informant
from their house by pushing him.
Considering that the accusation is against Nand
Kishore (non-petitioner), let the above named petitioner
be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender
before the learned court below within a period of twelve
weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar
P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid
down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
