Learned Standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of
the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

Issue notice to respondent no.3 returnable within next four
weeks.

On the next date fixed by filing counter affidavit affidavit,
District Inspector of Schools as well as Committee of
Management of the institution in question shall explain and
give reason when admittedly petitioner is senior most
teacher, under Section 18 of U.P. Act No. 5 of 1982, has
statutory right to function as Principal, then as to under what
circumstances he has been deprived to function as Principal
of the institution.
