the learned Standing Counsel for opposite party nos. 1,2
and 3.

Issue notice to opposite party nos. 4 and 6 returnable at an
early date.

Sri G.C. Verma further prays that in addition to this notice he
may be allowed to serve the opposite party no. 6 outside the
court.

Accordingly the office is directed to issue ‘Dasti’ summons to
Sri G.C. Verma.
