ORDER

It
is stated that the trial has already commenced but only two or three
witnesses have been examined and no progress is made any further.

In
the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial court is directed
to make all the endeavour and efforts to complete the trial as early
as possible, preferably within six months from the date of writ of
this order. If the trial is not over within six months, it will be
open to the applicants to take appropriate remedy in accordance with
law.

In
view of the above, the learned
advocate for the applicants does not press and seeks permission to
withdraw this application at this stage.

Permission
is granted.

This
application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
Direct service is permitted.
