for the appellant.

From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the present appeal has been
filed by His Lordship Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.N.Verma in the capacity of
lawyer. After his elevation, notice has not been sent to the appellant to engage
some other counsel.

Accordingly, office is directed to issue Card-notice to the appellant to engage
