Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned standing counsel.

The petitioner has only prayed that the civil suit, in which he is one of the
respondents, may be directed to be decided within the stipulated time time

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to
Civil Judge, Senior Division-III, Faizabad, to decide the Regular Suit No. 422
of 1990 Thakur Lal Ji vs.Ram Gopal Das and another pending before, within
a shortest possible time preferably up to 31.12.2010.
