Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
appearing for the State.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the
applicant nos. 1 and 2 are Jeth and applicant nos. 3 and 4 are Jethani
of the deceased and they reside separately and have no concern with
the family of the deceased. It is further contended that the FIR was
lodged on the orders passed on the application under section 156(3)
Cr.P.C. and there are general allegations against the applicants.

Learned A.G.A. contended that the deceased was subject to harass
and ill treatment and there was demand of dowry.

No overtact has been assigned to the applicants.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions
made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without
expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicants are
entitled to be released on bail.

Let the applicants Ramesh alias Badak Turha, Ram Bilas alias
Chhotak Turha, Smt. Gudiya Devi and Smt. Ramawati Devi
involved in Case Crime No. 3007-C of 2007 under Sections 498-A,
304-B, 201 IPC & Section 3/4 D.P.Act, Police Station Bansdeeh
Road, District Ballia be released on bail on their furnishing a
personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the court concerned.
