IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc. No.257 of 2011 SHAMBHU SINGH, SON OF LATE GOLHI SINGH Versus THE STATE OF BIHAR -----------
2. 23.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the
offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of
the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner had made a prayer for provisional bail
but the reason why he prayed for provisional bail has already
become infructuous.
In view of such, I am not inclined to interfere in the
matter since the Informant has appeared and submits that only
the Informant and the Investigating Officer are left to be
examined, the Informant is directed to make himself available
on the next date for examination so that there is no further
delay in trial.
With these observations, the application is disposed
off.
