03. 20.12.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel for
the State who is seeking time to file counter affidavit but such prayer is
being refused taking into account the fact that this writ petition was
filed on 24.6.2008, yet no counter affidavit has been filed till date.
2. It appears petitioners presented the sale deed, Annexure-1
on 7.10.2005 before the Sub-Registrar, Begusarai for registration,
receipt showing presentation of the document before the Sub-Registrar
on 7.10.2005 is contained in Annexure-3 to this application. It is
submitted that in spite of presentation of document for registration, the
same has not yet been registered.
3. Let the Sub-Registrar, Begusarai either register the
document in accordance with law or pass reasoned order giving reasons
as to why he is not registering the document. Order in compliance of my
order be passed by the Sub-Registrar, as early as possible, in any case
within one month from the date of receipt of this order before the Sub-
Registrar.
4. The writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
