Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted one month to
file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have two weeks thereafter
to file rejoinder affidavit.

List along with Writ peititon no. 46629 of 2009 imediately after
the expiry of the aforesaid period.

The claim of the petitioner is that the order impugned terminating
the engagement of the petitioner has been passed without any
notice and opportunity only on the ground that the petitioner has
filed another writ petition mentioned above for the purpose of
payment of salary.

In susch circumstances, the petitioner is entitled for interim relief:

Till the next date of listing, the petitioner may be permitted to
work.
