Learned counsel for the applicant states that the dues which are payable to the
opposite party no.2 will be paid over by the opposite party no.2 and, therefore,
some date may be fixed. Sri R.S. Mishra, learned counsel who has put in
appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2, has no objection.
Accordingly, as jointly prayed list/put up on 6.9.2010 before the appropriate
Bench, on which date the applicant as well as opposite party no.2 shall be
present in person before the appropriate Court so that the applicant may pay
over the dues to the opposite party no.2 on the date fixed.
