02. 16.12.2010 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
Rs. twenty five thousand (25,000/-) each from the informant, her
sister and aunt is said to be taken as security to give job in N.G.O. for
vaccination of Hepatitis-B Scheme. They worked also, but could not be paid
their wages. Now, it is said that taken amount is paid by Munna Ojha after
amicably settled the matter; he has been allowed bail also.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the
event of arrest or surrender within a period of one month from the date of
receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioner shall be
released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No.150 of 2009,
subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of
Criminal Procedure.
