Heard learned counsel for the parties in all the three cases. It is
submitted that there is no evidence to show that the petitioners are in
connivance with other accused persons en-cashed amount as alleged in
the FIR.

A.P.P. is directed to file the counter affidavit to show as to whether
there is any evidence on record to suggest that petitioners connived with
other accused persons.
