Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the proceedings
of complaint case No. 603 of 2008 under sections 323, 504 I.P.C.,
pending in the court of learned C.J.M.Azamgarh.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that O.P.No.2 is
son in law of the applicant no.3. The proceedings under sections 498-
A,323, 494 I.P.C.are pending against O.P.No.2, in its counter blast, the
complaint against the applicants has been filed.
Issue notice to O.P. 2 returnable within a period of four weeks.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
applicants and the learned A.G.A. further proceedings in complaint case
no. 603 of 2008 under sections 323, 504, I.P.C. ,P.S.Kotwali, District
Azamgarh pending in the court of C.J.M.Azamgarh shall remain stayed
till the next date of listing.
List after four weeks for orders.
