Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State
and perused the record.

This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the
F.I.R. dated 23.8.1996 lodged at police station Nawabad, District
Jhansi ( case crime No. 540 of 1996) under Sections 420, 467 ,471
and 109 IPC.

The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable for
quashing of the F.I.R. The allegations made in the F.I.R., prima
facie disclose the commission of the offences under Section 419,
467, 471 and 109 IPC.

The application has no merit and is accordingly, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, granted earlier is hereby vacated.
