Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that

the Peroorkada Police are at his heels in connection with Crime

No…of Police Station

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions,

submitted that the petitioner is only a suspect in the above

crime and he has not so far been arrayed as an accused in the

above case. If so, the apprehension of arrest and harassment

entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. In case the

petitioner is required to be interrogated again the police shall do

so after giving him notice under Sec. 160 Cr.P.C.

Recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor,

this petition is closed.
